Shiny Penny is a boutique remodeling firm in Milwaukee, WI that specializes in full gut renovations of pre-war homes. Attention to detail and preserving historic aesthetic sets them apart.
The goal of the Shiny Penny Construction branding was to embody the high quality restoration and remodeling work, with a nod to the older homes they work in.
Design work for Shiny Penny includes their brand identity and logo, employee uniforms and handbook, Client Project Binders, and Remodel Resource Guides. Website and more coming soon.
Client Binders & Printed Collateral
At the conclusion of large remodel projects, Shiny Penny Construction leaves a Client Project Binder with information and photos about their project, a thank you card, and flowers to accent their beautiful new space. Examples of the construction process photos are shown below.
Additional printed collateral includes a branded Employee Manual and a printed Homeowners Remodel Guide which includes information about the remodel process, checklists, trusted vendors, and more.
Employee Uniforms & Merchandise
Shiny Penny branded hats, long and short sleeve shirts, and custom embroidered jackets are provided for employees to look their best, even when they’re covered in paint, sawdust, or 100 year old insulation.
Interior Design Photography for Shiny Penny Construction
At the conclusion of major projects completed by Shiny Penny Construction, Salmon Design Co. takes professional quality photos of the finished space. These photos are included in the Client Binders, are shared digitally with clients and subcontractors, and used by Shiny Penny Construction in their social media.
